Howdy bamabala, yep, I do remember you! You were very sweet and not at all shy. Hopefully I was not feeling really badly that particular day so that I made a good impression. If I am sweating like crazy and my eyes are headed toward my forehead it is a sure sign that all is NOT well!! It was toward the end of our tour. Gotta love them lime green Mickey's. No one but a diehard DIS board member would be wearing them and I have added several new ones to my purse since so many folks gifted me with various incarnations.
I am honored that you kept my LGM. However since I am old and running out of storage space (in spite of the fact that I live in an 18 room house) I am scanning in all my memorabilia and then putting it all on dvd's. Friends, do not take it personally as I am doing or have done the same thing to all my kid's baby pictures as well.
You missed out on a great party that night. We stayed until after 1 am and did not want to leave then either. Such a fantastic group of folks! Maybe you can join another meet on one of your upcoming trips? I highly reccomend it. You can greatly increase your DIS meet count by dozens that way. The only hard part is remembering everyone's name.
POP food court is pretty nice although they do not have Muffalettas, beignets or the New Orleans charm. Maybe you will get to try out all the resorts in your lifetime. You have plenty of time.
Yes, it is very uncrowded at the time we are planning on returning. It is my favorite time to go as it is cool weather, uncrowded, I can usually get good rates on rooms and we get to enjoy all the decorations. My only worry is if bad weather sets in but we can always try to book in for a few more days. If there is a big snowstorm and there are a lot of cancellations we could just stay for Christmas but the grandkids would not like that, and neither would I.
It is so nice to 'see' you once again and know that you will live on forever in my photo file "DIS Friends"!
Until we meet in person again, Slightly Goofy/Linda
