What can you tell me about Innoventions at Disneyland? I would like to know what to expect when I go in November.
Stitch exhibit was closed last week... :'(
Dang, that was the ONLY reason I was willing to go back. Guess it'll be another "skip it" this year.
if your kids love video games, then its a place for you to go while you play in the health and travel section...

The ASIMO show in Innoventions is one of the best "unheralded attractions" at Disneyland, imo.
For those who don't know, ASIMO stands for Advanced Step in Innovation MObility, and is a little humanoid robot created by Honda. The short show features him interacting with a human host, and demonstrates his ability to walk, dance, kick a soccer ball, etc. And, according to the ASIMO website, the brand new, "running" version of ASIMO should be at DL now. (I will have to check it out when I am there in a few more weeks.)
ASIMO really shows the "magic" of technology. If you do nothing else in Innoventions, I recommend seeing this show. Just ask a Cast Member outside what the show times are. You don't even need to get there early; I've never had any trouble just walking in a few minutes before it starts.
Is there a way to get into the building without going through the demo? It seemed to take forever, and a lot of the home technology shown was stuff already on the market. Would love to just skip that part next time!
I do it all the time. In fact, I've never seen a single demo.Is there a way to get into the building without going through the demo? It seemed to take forever, and a lot of the home technology shown was stuff already on the market. Would love to just skip that part next time!
