Engagement Pictures with Randy

Just wanted to get some tips/ideas from some other brides who have used Randy for their engagement pictures. We had some done at home by a photographer and weren't very happy with the results (we only got around 20 pictures), so we are having Randy do some when we go down in September. I just called the other day and thankfully he had an opening right after our menu tasting!

I know he does a lot on the Boardwalk and at Grand Floridian. Any other more unusual sites? We're getting married and having our reception at Epcot and would love to have something that reflects that, but I'm kind of stumped on ideas.

Anyway, I was curious where some other brides have had their engagement pics done.

I don't have any answers, but I'd be interested in knowing what locations others chose as well. We are having our engagement pictures with Randy on September 3. Right now I'm thinking Port Orleans. Randy also suggested Old Key West.

I'm probably not too much help since we aren't having ours until Oct but we are meeting Randy at the Wilderness Lodge where we will take some pics and then we will do a quick wardrobe change and then we are off to the Yacht/Beach Club and Boardwalk area for photos.

Hmmm, this is a good topic. We are having ours done in October, and are planning on having them done at the Polynesian as of right now. We thought it would be nice to take some beach pics and also have the GF in the background.

I'm having mine done in August, and Randy had originally suggested the Poly too... Any idea where the pics are when they're taken there?

Or even where he focuses on for pics other than the GF, Boardwalk and PO? I think most of the pics I've seen from the girls on here have been those locations.

We used the poly. Mostly the beach, the pier and some of the grounds. I love them. We wanted something a little more laid back and casual since our wedding pics would be more formal. let me see if I can post some of the e-pics Randy did for us.

We just took family pictures with Randy at Saratoga Springs Resort. It is "our home" at WDW (we are DVC) and thought that would be special. Is there a particular resort that has meaning to you?

I really think you will be impressed with Randy. He is seriously one of the sweetest men you will ever meet. While hes shooting you will feel so comfortable and at ease! I cant wait to hear all about it!

Thanks After the problems with our local photographer I knew I needed to have Randy do them ~ I'm looking forward to getting them done in a few weeks!

We had ours at the GF and Port Orleans French Quarter. The French Quarter reminds me of home, so I thought that was a good place. Just know that he can not go into the park with you. He has to be in the resorts if you are on property.
