Think they will ever bring the Indy ride from Disneyland to MGM, that park needs more then a new car stunt show. If you look at the park from Google earth there is plenty of room for expansion to the SE.

It's been rumored from time to time that Disney has considered closing the Indiana Jones Stunt Show at Disney/MGM and replacing it with a version of the Disneyland ride. There's been a few recent rumors that Disney is looking to do some type of modification to the stunt show to coincide with the release of the new Indy 4 movie.

There are two Indy rides they could chose from too, the one in Paris and the one in Disneyland. I've been to DL, but not Disneyland Paris, but I did hear great things about the one in Paris.

Also, Tokyo has their own version of DL's Attraction with upgraded mechanisms.
The Paris attraction is just a rollercoaster.

It's not going to happen, because that ride mech costs a lot of money and the themeing is way way expensive.

I for one hope they don't get ride of the Stunt Show. It blows that boring Lights Motors Whatever out of the water. Plus, I can't imagine they would throw out a new Indy attraction before the 4th movie comes out. That seems risky considering the public might have long ago given up on Indy. Harrison Ford is about a hundred

I agree Indy is much better than Lights/motors. Indy has a very loyal following, speaking as someone who had the guy who made the jacket for Harrison custom make me a jacket. Oh and Harrison is only 65ish and has put a lot of time in the gym these last few months getting in Indy shape.

He is only 65. The problem is that he's recently started to age a lot.

For a long time his looks didn't change. That's done.

I only hope that when I get to be 65 I am in half as good a shape as he is.

WoW did not think this would become a Harrison Ford Thread, but anyway just think that MGM needs something new and could be a little bigger. I loved the indy ride in DL, I also like the stunt show hope to see both there.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, that show is waaay beyond it's usefulness. Too boring, and we just don't bother going to it any more.
