I haven't heard of any sort of refurbishment (like what the Polynesian, Contemporary, WL and have gotten) at any of the BW area resorts yet.

the WL looks great we stayed there last August the room was fab

It's been a year or two since the Poly was finished, so hopefully soon! The WL rooms are wonderful, I agree.

Just at Broadwalk on Monday for lunch. The Beach club was getting painted
on the lake side and the bridge from the Swan was being repaired.
No other repairs at The BW it self.

This year's edition of the Luxury Guide to the WDW Resort indicates that the BWI's concierge level Club Level Deluxe Rooms are scheduled for renovation for this Fall. The Guide says that the only signs they noticed that a renovation was needed was worn fabirc on the sofa.

They've been painting for a while now - they are doing something also on the side of the WL (painting?) I'm just happy to see work being done to rehab the buildings!

called desk yesterday at bwi and cm stated that no renovation work other than normal upkeep is going on. hope this helps.
