Disney's Wonder will be offering adults only cruises twice a month beginning in 2009. No one under 21 will be allowed. First bookings will be taken six months from today. Be sure to check and mark your calendars carefully.

wow! I'll believe it when I see it! For some reason, I am thinking DCL will have a hard time filling these cruises!

Yes happy April 1st, my Med cruise stops at Palma Majorca now and our Panama crossing ship will not float in freashwater!

well, he didn't post it on April 1st so it doesn't count! :rotfl2:

ETA: at least it wasn't April 1st on the West Coast ;)

Not a rumour, now three sources are confirming it. I think it will be great.

Late night shows after dinner.

No kids running the halls as early at 6AM.

No code brown closings of the Mickey Pool.

Use of the slide by adults.

I think the most exciting aspect will be the ability to try out the "Torpedo to Paradise" excursion. For a fee of $500 per person and limited to one family only, guests will be able to experience Castaway Cay all to themselves for one hour before the ship even docks at CC. Participation in the excursion of course has a weight limit and will include six months of psychological testing as the experience includes 15 minutes in an extremely enclosed space. Available only on Disney Wonder will be the most unique excursion at sea. Not available if Wonder is unable to dock at Castaway Cay. More details available soon.

:sad2:

I also heard that they weren't going to allow any alcoholic beverages on those sailings. Don't want to take a chance of people partying too much and "falling" off the ship.

Yes! NO LINES FOR PICTURES WITH THE PRINCESSES! pirate:

Vacation memories are made with my family and those memories are captured in the photos I have in our house, on my desk at work and the thousands I still have on my computer.

The thought of going on vacation without my children has never even remotely entered my mind and a Disney Cruise without children would be pointless.

A three year old little girl meeting Cinderella warms my heart more than most things in this world.

Well three weeks out of the month it will be possible.

A vacation without my children is a chance to reconnect with my spouse. It is a chance to remind what life was like before children and a chance to remind me what life will be like without them at home.

I could not imagine a better venue than having a Disney ship on which to do it. Our favourite vacation memory ever was seeing three Disney parks in two days just the two of us.

Well there are a lot of childless couples that go on DCL and have a great time.

Good Heavens, the previous posts that you all responded to are clearly April Fool's posts.

Let's not get into a flame war here about taking kids versus childless couples when all the original poster made was an April Fools post.

I myself have no children. That said what I enjoy most is the Disney Cruise with my brother and his children! As the commercial states cost of Disney Cruise $$, time with your family PRICELESS!:grouphug: I'm about to go on my 3rd Disney Cruise.:cloud9:

If families with children is what people don't like they have other cruise lines that provide that! I enjoy the lack of gambling casinos on the disney cruise.

Just goes to show you most people read the OP and not the replies.
