Is Chef Mickey's better for breakfast or dinner?

Currently, we have ADR's for dinner but I heard the breakfast there is very good. Any thoughts or suggestions??

We had breakfast there which was good fun- buffet style but charters came over to our table and you had your picture taken on the way in.
Never had dinner so can't compare

We have done both breakfast and dinner at Chef Mickey's and they are both wonderful. I guess we like dinner because it gives us an excuse to leave the park, sit down and enjoy, and then we head back to the parks for fireworks. The time we went for dinner, we went early because of the ages of our kids. The characters are wonderful at entertaining your kids and mine loved the selection of food. I felt like dinner avoided the dreaded "melt down" late afternoon when they are tired and overstimulated, and hungry.

Our ADR is for 5:40 I think. I was also thinking it would be a nice break in the middle of the day.

I vote for dinner. We got to meet mickey, minnie, donald, goofy and pluto all at once. Food choice was limited, but good quality and service.

I vote for Breakfast - food was very good. We had lunch last September (which I don't think they do anymore), and the food was barely edible. All the characters were at breakfast and lunch (Mickey, Minnnie, Chip, Dale, Goofy and Pluto).

We've done both and don't really care for the food at dinner. I don't think any of these character meals have great food, but it is harder to mess up eggs and pancakes IMHO.

Another vote for dinner! The Prime Rib was verrrry good! And I prefer the 'classic characters' so just loved Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto and Donald!

We have done both and without hesitation I would do dinner again but I wouldn't go there for breakfast again. Both times the food was good, but the atmosphere was great at night and getting out of the parks to the Contemp was a treat.
