Intimate wedding, where do you cut the cake?

I just have a quick question! If you are having an Intimate Wedding where do you cut the cake and have your champagne reception? It will only be my fiance, my mom and myself so i just wondered where this took place?

At Sea Breeze Point. They have a table set up outside. If you look at Maggie's pics you will see it. They will box up the remaing cake for you to take with you.

I have wondered this also, we are getting married at Sunset Pointe.

Intimate's using the WP cut the cake etc at Commander's Terrace at GF.

At the Yacht club a table is set up on the lawn with the cake, flowers and champagne. They also provide somewhere for you to sit and eat your cake.

That's the only one that's "different"...all the other locations the cake cutting is pretty much at the same location as your ceremony (just off to the side).

But WP brides are taken over to Commanders Terrace.

At WL Sunrise Terrace you get married out on the Terrace then the cake cutting/toast is inside, by the windows that look out onto the Terrace. They have a table with the cake, plates, etc. and a separate table with the beverages, which is also where they put our favors. It was really nice!!

I was married at Sunset Pointe, everything was set up nicely outside. We have grat photos with the GF and Castle behind us. They do have a place indoors in case of rain.... I meant great.....If I knew how to get photos on here You will love love Sunset Point! Especially the walk down the aisle!!!!!

Unfortunately, no. But give me a few days and I will have DH do his "computer thing" and I will email some of them to you if you'd like. We had our first dance with the violonist after the cake cutting ceremony and champagne toast. I am looking at one of our framed photos now, me, DH and his 2 best men toasting with palm trees, the lagoon and the castle!!!
