Let me preface...we haven't been to WDW for over 4 yrs. Our dd's are 4 and 7, and both love princesses. The first 4 nights my parents will be with us, so I have made ADR's with them in mind. Anything I might have overlooked??? I have included the times.

Day 1: Spirit of Aloha @ 5:00
Day 2: Mama Melorose w/ Fantasmic Pkg @ 5:20
Day 3: Le Cellier @ 6:00
Day 4: Alfredo's @ 5:30
Day 5: WCC @ 7:00 (thought we might try and catch fireworks somewhere afterwards)
Day 6: 1900 PF @ 6:00...am thinking of taking dd's to BBB that afternoon
Day 7: O'Hana's @ 6:35
Day 8: CP @ 6:10
Day 9: Akershus SPB @ 9AM...wasn't so sure about the food for dinner
Day 10: CM @ 6PM
Day 11 and last day: CRT @ 5:50

Any must do's that I should take off/switch?? Thanks!!!

Looks like a nice mix between regular TS and character meals. The times are nice for a young family as well. The girls should get their fill of princesses as well! Have a great time. I am just thinking about my July ADR's and I 'd better get hopping!

Looks like fun. Your parents must be big fans of itallian food for you to have picked 2 itallian TS for them with only 4 dinners for them to have at the world:cutie:

What a nice lineup of restaurants. Personally, if I were going to change anything, I would drop Le Cellier and pick up the Hoop Dee Doo Revue. :)

Hi
We took my DGD to BBB on the afternoon that we went to 1900 PF. It was so much fun for her. We had to wait an hour, so just make sure you leave enough time to go to BBB and get to the dinner. We had to take a taxi since we were late. Cinderella and the rest of the characters, gave my DGD so much attention since she was all dressed up. I've never tried Akershus, but was thinking about it for our next trip. Have a great trip!!

Just my opinions...

We loved Le Cellier! Great choice!

We did the Princess Breakfast with our 2 nieces (3 and 10) this past October and they loved it! The food was good, a large refillable platter of bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs and the best hash brown casserole ever. There was a buffet of cold meats, cheeses, danishes, breads, herrings and many different fruits. It was a bit expensive but totally worth it when my 3 year old niece's favorite princess, Ariel, came out! The kid was in ecstasy!

We also did Chef Mickeys for dinner with the girls, the character interaction was amazing, tons of time with them all...the food was horrible...even the girls would not eat the terrible food on the kids table. The prime rib and mashed potatoes were the saving grace of this meal. The girls wanted to dine with Mickey & Minnie, I wish I did LTT instead.

CP for breakfast and dinner is one of our favorite meals. The food is fantastic. The characters spend alot of time with you and come around often.

We tried Mama Melroses for the first time earlier this month...not impressed at all and will not be back. We like Alfredo's alot...the food is very rich though so we tend to do it for lunch instead of dinner (gives us a chance to walk it off!)

Day 1: Spirit of Aloha @ 5:00:thumbsup2
Day 2: Mama Melorose w/ Fantasmic Pkg @ 5:20:thumbsup2
Day 3: Le Cellier @ 6:00:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2
Day 4: Alfredo's @ 5:30:confused3
Day 5: WCC @ 7:00 (thought we might try and catch fireworks somewhere afterwards):thumbsup2
Day 6: 1900 PF @ 6:00...am thinking of taking dd's to BBB that afternoon:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2
Day 7: O'Hana's @ 6:35:confused: I would do breakfast with Lilo & Stitch
Day 8: CP @ 6:10
Day 9: Akershus SPB @ 9AM...Yes - breakfast is great !
Day 10: CM @ 6PM:thumbsup2
Day 11 and last day: CRT @ 5:50:thumbsup2

Wow, you all are great!! I am planning to go over the suggestions with my dh tomorrow. Just curious...the main reason we have chosen Mama Melrose is due to the Fantasmic pkg. I can't see my father otherwise standing in line for this. I have heard that the food at 50's PT and Sci-Fi is mediocre. Any other suggestions?? thanks!!

I agree that the food at Sci-Fi is not anything special (though I love the ambience), but the pot roast and the roast chicken at 50's Prime Time are to DIE for.

I would for sure take the DD's to BBB prior to dining with Cindy. Is such a special treat. I do want to warn you, that every day after DD5 had her hair done (they pull the real hair into a high pony tail on top of the head and slip a long curly extension pony and clip it on) I had to do it for her EVERYDAY while at Disney - so, if you think this is something you want to do, then do BBB earlier in your trip or if its something you don't want to do, do BBB later in your trip.

My DD natural hair and the extension were the same EXACT blonde with highlights that people were really trying to figure out if it was real or not.

Sounds like BBB is a must do!! Thanks Cindy's Mom for the suggestion. I will keep it in mind. I bet that your DD looked great, all week, though.

I might look into 50's PT...just have to think this Fants Pkg through. Is it really worth it? I might search these threads...as I know I can't be the first person to wonder. Thanks for everyone's input. I'm keeping everything in mind...Disney is so much fun to plan!!!!

I think we're going to be at CP on the same day!!:cool1: Is that on a Saturday, by any chance? Should be a lot of fun! I like your line up of ADR's, too! Yes, it does seem weird to plan so far in advance. I would ask my dh questions like..."Do you want to eat at 5:30 or closer to 6:30?" He just shrugged his shoulders and asked, "does it matter?":confused3 At least I don't have to be worrying about this last minute! :cheer2: :cheer2:

Hi again Mommapea,
I think the Fantasmic package is so worth it, especially with children. I went last August with my DD and DGD about 15 minutes ahead of time (cutting it a little close) and got great seats. I was also there in October 2004 with my DD and DH without the package and to get good seats, we waited an hour. We had the package at Mama Melroses. The food isn't the best, but we enjoyed what we had. I guess it depends on what you have. I never ate at 50's PT so I couln't comment on their food.

No, our day 7 is Sunday. I have read so many posts by people who couldn't get in where they wanted to,:sad2: so I just wanted to be sure we get to do what we want and make it really special:goodvibes

We're actually considering Boma's for the night we're at AK. I just added 2 days to our trip (mostly for relaxing), and we're now saving WCC for the day we will be staying at WL..makes sense, doesn't it?

My dd wants to go to the Rainforest Cafe, but we already have been to the ones in Nashville, TN, and Chicago. Also, it's not on the DDP. I wonder how I can talk her into Boma's??? We'll see...

I guess bc/ we'll already be in a park that day...and we have a hopper....maybe I should expand our search to other parks. We could go ahead and add LTT for that night.

Maybe I'll start a new thread...

Thanks for all of the help!!!! I'm becoming more confident w/ our choices!!!
