So I went to a Thrift Store, wasn't quite going to get the shoes because when I started out today I was just going to look for Disney things but the idea came to me when I went through the shoe department which was just three columns of shoes and saw these:



As you see there are scruff marks... They cost me $4.00. Then i bought teal color glitter from the craft store. I already have Mod podge.

The question is...

Do I mix the glitter in with the mod podge like most other tutorials?
or
Do I put the mod podge on first and then sprinkle the glitter one?

I would think with mixing the glitter into the mod podge you won't get a lot of glitter on them.

Also need your opinion on something else. VOTE....I am thinking about putting glitter on the top part of the shoe and then putting teal (or dark blue) gems on the bottom.
