With all these "nightmares", I had a very minor housekeeping question, it really didn't bother me at all, but I am alittle puzzled as to whether I should have done something?
We checked into VWL on 12/29, scheduled for T&T on 1/1. I called and set up a full housekeeping for 1/1, stupid me just assumed they would do a T&T service on 1/3? We were leaving on 1/4.
Should they still have done a T&T even though I paid for housekeeping? (obviously not the day I scheduled full cleaning) Should they have credited me $10.00 on my paid housekeeping? Or because I scheduled housekeeping I don't get a day of T&T? We really didn't need it, but I thought they would have come in and done the towels?
