My family and I have tickets on USAirways for Tuesday 12/25/01 and I'm feeling a bit concerned for several reasons.

1. It's a Tuesday
2. It's a MAJOR holiday. Will the airports and airlines be fully staffed?
3. It's the middle of winter.

Can someone please reassure me that the airports and airlines will be operating as "usual" even though this is a major holiday? I'm concerned that this day could be a target...
Am I just being crazy????? Thank you!!!!!!!!!

The airports will be fully staffed, because most airlines do fly a full schedule regardless of holidays or not. We are also flying out on Dec 25th and aren't worried. The planes will be taking off, might not be a full flight, but it will take off. Well, if you fly anytime between Dec 1 - April 1 you run the risk of having weather related delays. It is always possible that it could snow and you could have problems, but hey, anytime in that 5 months it could happen too, so I wouldn't worry about it. I can't remember that last white Christmas we had in NJ, so I wouldn't worry about it!!!
