Can you add the Dining OPtion

If I purchase the magic your way base tickets and a resort room seperately. Are you still able to get the dining option? If you how?
From what I have read to just go to a site and get tickets you can not add the dining option. But if you get a package deal you can get the dining option but it costs more money in the long run. HELP Thanks

Yes, your info is correct. From what I understand, you need to have a package from Disney to get the Dining. (package meaning park tix and room as well). However, you can do this... You can have a 1 day park ticket attached to your room to create a package. (you can use the MYW tickets you already have for your other days.) They will let you add_____ days of dining to match the days that you stay in the hotel regardless if you have park tix attached for that many days. You CAN do this to get the dining, BUT, a one day park ticket is expensive IMHO and may not be worth the extra expense to add the dining package to. Hope that this helps. :sunny:
