How crazy will MS be?

I get to start making reservations for our next trip in Aug. on Jan 23 :goodvibes . It just dawned on me that that is also the 11 month window for next x-mas :scared1: . Will it be impossible to get through to MS?

Not impossible, but it could be difficult.

Since you're booking for August, you could wait until later in the day and avoid the morning crowd (http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=997354).

We're trying to tweak a June trip, and I'm on a "up to 15 minute hold!" Next week is when I'm going to work on December.

Bobbiwoz, Icalled today just to check availability and was on hold for ten minutes. The cm I spoke to said what I needed (dedicated 2 bdrm) for when I needed it(Aug 22-29) was wide open. She said I would be fine if I called and made the entire res on the last day. I dont know if I want to risk it. What do you think?

I got my reservations wasn't on the phone much longer than normally.

but all of January is very, very busy at MS.

not only making reservations for Dec - but for the entire year.

I think if the CM says you can wait, that's what I would do. A few weeks ago, I booked a 2 bedroom at VWL for August 20 to 25! Too bad that we're missing each other by a few days.

Duh, I can only say that it was late last night when I came home from work and came on line. I even looked at my calendar, and decided that we wouldn't see each other!

For us, this is a very special trip, our DGC, ages 1, 2, and 3 will be coming with their parents to WDW for the first time. First time Flying, staying in a hotel, whatever. We'll be spending lots of time around the resort, so we will probably see you, just look for very happy DGParents!!
