The Running Rate?

I am starting to babysit this darling little girl, 4 years old. :earsgirl: She is so funny. She and her family go to my church. I was just wondering what I should charge them!? I work another job @ an art studio and there is another adult there and I get paid $4.50 an hour. I don't want to charge this family that much.

A lot of the families I babysit for have large families, so the rate per hour per child is lower than if it was just one child...but, I'd say that $4-5 dollars and hour is a good rate to charge. If you're really good, you could go to six!
