AP Sign-in on WDW site ??????

I just received my lime green AP certificates. I went to the WDW offficial site and tried to sign in (several times actually). I get the message: "Sorry, we are currently unable to process your request. Please check and re-enter your Passholder ID, or try again later."

What am I doing wrong? I have de-activated my firewall and am accepting cookies and pop-up ads. Any ideas? :confused3

most likely it the TR #'s

I had to just enter the last 2 of 4

Some have had to enter the last 3 of 5

so try that and see if that works.

Thanks!!! I had tried several combinations of the TR #s. I just tried only the last ones as you suggested and it worked. Thanks a bunch.

Yea spend enough money at DTD and you get memories for life .It's very nice and will be hanging in DD room after we get it painted this weekend.
