OMG!!! We Leave in the morning and decided to go yesterday!! **UPDATE, Trip post**

I just had to tell you all that we are going in the morning and we just decided to go yesterday. We have friends at DL right NOW and they have an extra room for FOUR NIGHTS! They asked us if we'ed like to us it. OMG OMG OMG!!!! (wow, I feel like a "Valley Girl") Did I tell you I have to work today! I started packing last night and came home for lunch to post this and pack.
Thank you for letting me get that out. I knew you all would love to hear it and be happy for me.

Our trip this week just got cancelled (people we were travelling with are sick) so have some extra fun for me!!!!! It's so exciting to just up and go at the last minute!

We left early on Sunday morning and made in to DL in about 6 ½ hours with 4 less than 15 minutes stops. Both DD’s did great and traffic was good as well except for the yellow truck with 3 dirt bikes in the back who tried to get in my lane with me fully in it. The guy didn’t even look and just moved in, I didn’t fell like getting into an accident so I backed off and about pooped my pants.

We made it to the hotel and our friends met us and helped us with our bags. The Twins (what is the short for Disney Twins?) our friends kids, were still napping so we unpacked a bit and our DD’s ran around the room. Then it was off to the park!!! We all had a great night and all the kids got “snowed’ on after the fireworks.

The next few days were great, the kids 3 girls and one boy (ages 2-4) had so much fun at the StoryTeller Café for breakfast, Bugs Land in Cal Adv, Dumbo was a big hit as was Autotopia. Did I say we rode POC everyday at least once. My DD’s love to hold their hands up on rides and got the twins to do so on POC and a few other rides. So if you ever see two little girls with their hands up at the end of POC saying woohoo, more than likely it is my DD’s.

We met a few Princesses and furry characters, ate the corndogs next to the photo shop in DL (WOW! Great corndogs) and we have deep fried cheesecake at the Blue Bayou. Tom Soywer Island was attacked by the Tinkerbells and their boy escort one day. It was so funny to see 3 Tinks and the little boy run all over the place.

So I would say for a short notice trip we had a blast. Thank you for reading about our trip and I hope you all have a Great Disney Day.
