Hi-
I'll soon be ready to make our reservations for the mother/daughter May vacation. We will be going mid-May and staying for one week, splitting our stay between CSR and BC. I am considering using Dreams Unlimited to book our stay. For the most part, it sounds like the savings would be more in time & effort than in money - certainly worth something! Would it be smarter for me, however, to look into Mousesavers or Allears to book our trip?

Thanks for any advice that you can send our way.

Would it be smarter for me, however, to look into Mousesavers or Allears to book our trip? Mousesavers and Allears are not travel agencies, they are Disney information sites. Both have partnerships/sponsorships with agencies though (as do many others):

site/sponsor(partner?):

wdwinfo.com and disboards.com / DreamsUnlimitedTravel.com

mousesavers.com / wdwvacations.com (Small World Travel)

allearsnet.com / *****************s.com (they may charge a cancellation fee, ask)

There are many other Disney specialist agencies and site sponsorships/partnerships, but we may be restricted from posting them here.

Hi again-
I guess I didn't pose that question the way I wanted to. I DID realize that DU was the only travel agency of the three I mentioned. What I meant to ask was whether or not I would be likely to find a better price by doing my homework through mousesavers or allears instead of relying solely on DU.

Thanks!

Thanks! I am sure that all of the Disney specialist agencies monitor mousesavers and allears (and these boards!) daily, as well as check with their contacts at Disney, so, no, I don't think you would find a better rate by doing it yourself.

I use an online Disney specialist agency - I let them do all of the work.

I have always gotten the best deals by using my AAA membership and booking through them. The AAA TA I have used is definitely not a Disney expert, so you really have to do your research and stay on top of things yourself. They also don't do ADR's for you. If you are willing to do the legwork, AAA can usually save you some money.
