Ideas for dinner party?

Does anyone have ideas for a dinner menu? We're having some friends over Friday night and I would like to cook something healthy and tasty but I'm at a loss! Any suggestions?

weight watchers on line has some great recipes

i bought Cooking Light magazine Dec. issue and it had great recipes and i used several for my annual Christmas Eve bash -- stuffed mushrooms, hot artichoke dip (served with Trader Joe Unsalted tortilla chips which are my favorite chip), also I got a pimento cheese spread recipe from a recent issue of WW magazine that is good. let me know if you want any of those and i'll post it.

also - have your browsed the "Eating Healthy" sub-board here on WISH? i'm currently trying to 'clean up' the old coding, etc; but it's functional and most all of them are tried and liked by WISHers

i would be sure to have a nice veggie tray with a GREAT low fat dip, go easy on the breads and high-calorie empty snacks
