I KEEP READING THAT THE LINE STARTS FORMING FOR THE WRIST BANDS AT SUCH AND SUCH A TIME.

MY I ASK WHAT THE WRISTBANDS ARE FOR.

AT THE CARNIVALS AROUND HERE, THE WRISTBANDS MEAN YOU CAN GET ON THE RIDES, BUT GEE I THOUGHT WE COULD ALREADY GET ON THE RIDES, OR IT MEANS THAT YOU ARE OVER 21 AND YOU CAN DRINK, BUT I DO NOT DRINK, ESPECIALLY AT 7 AM IN THE MORNING.

SO IF I GET IN LINE AND GET A WRISTBAND, WHAT ELSE WILL I BE ABLE TO DO IF I HAVE ONE.

At the local pool, the wristband means that you can go in the deep water part of the pool. :D

The wristbands simply mean that you can buy the pins that are to be released for that day. They've taken the place of vouchers, and seem to be used when pins below LE 3000 are released. The wristbands also seem to be a way to keep people from getting more than their fair share of pins, that is, getting back in line over and over again, before everyone has a chance to buy theirs. It does still happen (I know that some people do go back and get another wristband after their first purchase), but probably to a lesser degree than before wristbands.

It a special award given only to a chosen few, it allows you the honor to purchase pins. It's a very emotional ceremony, people have been known to cry like babies during the tagging, and the tighter they put it on you the more they love and admire you, after you get yours if your hand turns blue you are truly loved by Disney.

It also means you can ride the Kali River Rapids ride at 8:30 in the morning get totally soaked, but still get the pins. Of course this means standing in an air-conditioned line while your teeth are chattering gggggggoood thing this is Fllllloooorrida.

After you get your pins immediately put them in you pocket, because when they cut off the wristband, the quick rushing flow of blood to your hand will cause you to black out for a few minutes. So protect your pins.

And if you're here on Friday night come to the contemporary you will be my special invited guest of honor at the pin meet.

Okay so with this wristband I can get on rides, drink, go in the deep end of the pool and get soaking wet - right.

And oh yes, I can have the honor of spending my money to buy pins.

Dear Raul and Pinboy - thank you for the invitation and if there is anyway I can arrange it I will be there next Friday night - we are checking in that day and have to meet another group of friends around 9 - so I might be able to stop by and say Hi and meet everyone - I hope so.

I will diffently by there next Friday night to pin trade - I look forward to meeting everyone.
