We are going the 15 - 23th . Staying at YC. This our 3rd Easter trip. We also get 2 days of the Epcot Flower Show!!

I have our ADRs booked. I'm waiting for the dates to open so that I can try to book two fireworks cruises. (Illuminations and Wishes) I hope I'll be able to find a few DISers that will want to share the cruise with us.

We'll be at the Poly from the 15th until the 20th then off to the Disney Wonder for 3 days.
It seems like spring break is so varied across the states that maybe the crowds won't be so bad.Last visit in 2001 was same week and the worst day was the day before Easter, the rest of the week wasn't too bad.

Dolphin stay for us. There are 10 of us and we have never stayed at the Dolphin before. We are really looking forward to it.

COunt me in -- My son and I will be there April 17-21. We will be staying at POP. First time at a value for us. I passed on CBR, saving almost $200. I figure i will be able to get 2-3 good meals for that savings. The best part is that this will be a BIG SURPRISE FROM THE EASTER BUNNY! THe note will say, pack your bags becase I the (Easter Bunny) am sending you and your Mom on a 4 night trip to Disney, and you leave in 20 hours! How exciting will that be for an 8 year old???

This will be our 3rd Easter trip . The crowds have not been that bad. We love going to MK extra night hours. We did MGM last August extra night hours and it was a blast. Now we are getting starting to get that Disney bug!!

But either way it is crowded, but when it does line up with Easter, the parks are open longer. We just bought our Annual Passes last weekend at the Disney Store and they are burning a hole in my pocket.

Of course I have to have the 7 screws and steel plate that is in my left ankle, taken out on Feb. 3rd, but I should be back in Disney form before our trip.

We'll be at the Swan, probably April 11-18, I am still watching the southwest website and they are driving me crazy! It will be our 2nd easter trip, at least I know what to expect crowd level wise!! I am prepared for that for sure. Don't know too much about the dining. If we have to pay a higher airfare we may end up doing more counter service, but I better get making those ADRs.

I've been to WDW a few times before during April vacation, as I will this year, and it really isn't that bad. Sure, it's crowded, but is it unbearable? No. I figure it is just expected because of the school spring breaks. I have never been to the parks where they closed the gates because too many people were admitted...so don't worry about that. You're in Disney, what could be better than that?!? ::MickeyMo

We will be there Apr. 15-19. This is just a mother(me39)/DD(14) trip. DD's dance team is perfoming in Disney's Magic Music Days Program. They are a group of 20 girls ages 10-18. They will be performing on the Galaxy Stage in Tomorrowland on Tues. the 18th so if you are in the area come and watch them...they are terrific!! We are staying at CBR.

Just paid our trip off today. We are going from 4/20-25 then 2 days at Universal. We could go last year because we bought a house So I am chomping at the bit to get there.
I really want to try some different rest. this time but I have 3 very picky eaters so I'm really having to study the menus to make sure everyone is happy. (these are "tweens" so the kids menu is'nt really an option, growing boys ya know...where do they PUT all the food they eat?)
So far, Whispering Canyon and Chef Mickey's have ADR's, planning on Sci-Fi and Prime time 50-s cafe.
This might be the last year I get away with a character meal and even autographs. As much as I LOVE Disney, I try to treat every trip like it could be my last and make the very most of it. My boys still LOVE Disney even though they also love extreme roller coasters. It's the Disney moments I fear loosing like photos with the characters, autographs, enjoying the fine details.
Last time they gave me a little grief about the characters but Itry to treat it like a game, "can we beat our record form last year for the number of autographs?" and they get into it.
So what is the signiture green thing worn to ID yourself as a DIS board member?

We went two years ago during our Easter break and it was not bad at all. However, we got a late start planning. Just booked last week and everything was almost sold out staying on-site. :cool1: (all moderates and values). We decided to splurge and stay at Wilderness lodge. Figured if parks too crowded, can hang back at hotel. It snowed here in MA the next day, as I was scraping ice off my car- thinking best thing I ever did to book. :sunny:

Anybody try using TGM? wonder if that will avoid some headaches.

Were going!!! Went last year during Easter week also and the crowd level seemed manageable in every park, but the MK. We took advantage of the Early hours and when it got too crowded we hopped over to another park and went back to MK in the late evening. :cheer2:

Am I going to be able to get any ADR's? I am spoiled by the dining plan and I can't imagine going to WDW w/o it but if I can't get ADRs, well I don't know what to do. I don't mind trying new places and I am willing to go pretty much anywhere. Anyone know?

We will be going April 15-20. This will be my ds first trip to WDW, and I will be 18 weeks pregnant. I think I am more excited than he is at this point. He keeps asking to look at the disney website to look at the pictures.

I got a little concerned today. We went to the zoo, and he was terrified of the carousel (he's 3). We'll see.

That week is so booked, we had a tough time getting any ADR's at places like Whispering Canyon. But I did manage to get one.
