I just bought a stick of Body Glide. Is the travel size large enough for DH and I to use for 2 weeks? We won't be in the parks all day as we have 2 children, but in smaller intervals throughout the day.

And...

Where do you apply it to your feet? The soles and back of heels? We have no clue! :confused3

TIA!

I put it on the places where my shoes would normally rub and cause blisters. I do not put it on the soles of m,y feet as it makes you slippery and I don't think that would feel right in my shoes.

I carried it to the parks with me in my fanny pack and I did use it a couple times when I felt something starting to rub.

I should be enought. It goes a long way. I put it on the soles and sides of my feet. Body glide works wonders. If you have a pressure point, then apply there again. Once on the foot per day is enough.

I got mine at Eastern Mountain Sports. They have mall stores and an on-line store.

I can't recommend Body Glide highly enough. I used it on my feet last year before the marathon. 26 miles and not a single blister! :teeth:

I also got mine at REI...love this stuff! I used it for our trip this past August. The first day we got there, I didn't use it. I started to get a small blister on my baby toe. From that point on, I used the Body Glide religiously and never got another blister the whole trip (10 days) It actually helped reduce the friction on the small blister that I was starting to develop and I nver needed to put a bandaid or moleskin on it ~ the Body Glide helped prevent it from getting worse. We got the larger size tube ~ we all used it at some point during the trip (5 of us) and there is still plenty left. I'll never go to Disney without it again!

I LOVE it. Been using it for at least the last 5 or 6 trips and no ore blisters and no more chafing.

I put it on all hot spots where I tend to get blisters and between my legs where I tend to have chafing.

I bought it at Eastern Mountain Sports and also at REI.

I also bring it to the parks just in case.
