Western Bypass Construction Update?

We are looking at several rental homes in the Indian Creek development for New Years' 2006/2007. I just found out about the bypass construction. Can someone provide an update - how is it progressing, especially in the Indian Creek area? Is it still on schedule to be finished Dec 2006? What is the extent of the disturbance in the Indian Creek area, e.g., noise, dust, traffic, etc? If we come in off of Indian Creek Blvd from Sand Hill Rd, is traffic really bad?

Any information that anyone can provide, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

in Dec it was still around Orange Lake - might be a little further along - but not much that I saw?

the new 429 expressway is open from Orange Lake to the Turnpike... It opened Dec 23rd. There is nothing open yet south of Orange lake
