Membership Fees?

Hi everyone!

Newbie here, I was wondering if there's any costs or fees for being a member. I've seen on other boards that to have a signature you have to pay a monthly thing. But then I go to my User CP and I have an option to alter my signature! Is there a cost to have a signature? :confused3
