I've had luck with E-rewards. They don't send emails very often(1-3 per month), but you earn up to $1 per email and even more for special offers. I have a little over $29 in my account(enough to cash out at the lowest level) and have only been a member for 8 months.

At the $25 level, you can redeem for the following:
6 Free Rentals from BLOCKBUSTER®
$25-Off Certificate from Delta Air Lines
$25 Award Voucher for Hertz Car Rental
1,000 Hilton HHonors Points
$25 Off Certificate from United Airlines

I have yet to redeem so I don't know how quick they are sending the awards.
