Hi, all. Hope everyone enjoyed their holiday! Of course, now that Christmas is over, it's time to plan for WDW in November. My question is, which is the best week to go in November? We're looking at either the 11th thru 18th, or the 25th thru Dec. 1st. My biggest concern is the crowds. So for all of you with November experience, please tell me what you can. Thanks so much, and Happy New Year!!

The 11th thru 18th will definitely be less crowded than the other due to the Thanksgiving holiday falling in the other timeframe.

i don't know-we were there and departed on the 11th. once the 10th hit the parks and ssr were insane (apparantly alot of people are now starting vacations with vet's day weekend). of course "soap weekend" was also going on so i would check to see when that was happening before i made a decision.

FYI, the 9th-12th is the infamous Jersey Week!

There will be decorations and Christmas goings on during the second week you mentioned. Probably more crowded, but more to do.

We are going 11/25-12/1. made my ressie for the first 2 days this morning. We were there this year 11/10-14 and it was very crowded.
We went this past year 11/13 - 11/18 (2005) and it was perfect. We arrived just as the Food & Wine Festival, the Super Soap thing, and the Jersey week were all grinding to a hault. The weather was excellent and the crowds were non-existent. As we were leaving on the 18th, the throngs were just beginning to arrive for Thanksgiving week.

We went this year from Nov 25 through Dec 3 and stayed at OKW. We love going at that time a year because of the decorations. But the first weekend is definately busy. But starting Sunday, the crowds drop right off. We went to 2 Christmas parties. Next year we are leaving on Sunday instead of Friday (we save on the DVC points and we miss the crowds). We also stayed at SSR last year same time. We have a thing with staying at this time of year. Gets us in the holiday spirit, can shop from Christmas and have disney magic all at the same time!!!! Good luck deciding!!! :earsgirl: :earsboy:
