I lost my Disney Rewards Card-- What to do?

Does anyone know if you can replace a DR card and not lose your balance? How do I do it? I searched all over the Disney Visa site and couldn't find a phone number or email or anything to contact them.

Call 1-800-300-8575, Chase Customer Service. They can lock the old card and issue you a new one. Do it now. If any of your rewards are spent by someone who finds the card, you can't get them back.
