just got back from my 11 days away at miami beach and disney.
i decided that i was going to keep to my healthier eating style and brought my scale with me---
and i arrived home 5 lbs lighter!!!!!

still ate out at my favorites -
sci fi dinner , rainforest cafe-- but made a lot of smart choices, split meals and even split a few deserts.

Congrats! You lost weight while still enjoying good food on vacation! Did you increase the amount of exercise you usually do? I am going away for two weeks to Florida and I'm a little worried about all of the great restaurants and gaining. You will be my inspiration for my trip!

no--- the only exercize i got was the miles and miles we walked thru the parks :rotfl2: :rotfl2: .
I've really adopted eating less and
eating healthier lower calories andl ower fat foods and
gettin rid of the "clean off your plate" mentality---it was hard cause my mom was on this trip with us and she kept trying to get me to eat more!!!!
