We arrive tonight at HRH. This is our 5th visit to Universal Hotels and we have never had any trouble, but have read other posts and decided to check our reservation and again tell HRH that we are not arriving until 11:00 pm. I booked the cheapest using AP. Well we were upgraded to a king room with pool view, only the 2 of us, how cool is that? We always went with our Grandkids, so what is the difference between a double and a king room?
