When booking a BRP online, is there a way to request a certain building or other type of special requests (ground floor, etc)? I ended up calling directly to make sure I got my requests put into the system, but the rep was so clueless. I had to tell her what it cost to book the room! She was giving me BRP quotes that were so out of the ballpark and telling me certain resorts weren't available when I was sitting with the computer in front of me telling me they were available. How frustrating. She eventually had to do some 'research' on those rates (the ones I got on the computer and gave to her) and promised to call me back. She eventually did call back and I got the rate the computer had quoted me, but if I left it up to her she would have had me paying double.
