Best way to get to Universal from a Disney Resort?

What is the best and less expensive way to get to Universal Studios from Disneys Riverside?
We are not renting a car but plan on using a Tiffany Town Car to and from the airport. Should we use them to go to Universal? Has anyone and what was the cost? We will have 4 people in our party. Thanks for any information.

Mears provides van service from the resorts to Universal for $12 per person, round trip. You can call them to make a reservation. You can expect to make several stops at other resorts along the way.

$12.00 per person for me would be $48.00. For $43.00, I can rent a car for 24 hrs from Nat'l, at the Dolphin. Sounds like a no-brainer to me.

Remember, parking cost for the Universal garage is $7. per day.

I've seen prices for town cars for $50.00 to $60.00. That's what where going to do in November.

There is another option. You could also ride the public bus for about $1.10 each way. Here is a link to research the route to take. You'd have to catch the bus at the TTC near Magic Kingdom.

You can take the Lynx City Bus (#50) from TTC to Sea World you need to change buses at Sea World to another Lynx bus (Sorry I don't know that number) to Universal Studios, just remember Lynx only runs once per hour from TTC (around 50min past the hour) and stops running around 10 pm. So if you have to go back late at Night you might have to take a Taxi back to Disney. Also I included Lynx Internet Website URL for you below, Go Luck.
