We can't remember the name of the Christmas Movie!! HELP!!

My daughter has a favorite Christmas animated movie that she would like to TiVo but we have NO idea what it's called. It's about an elf that plays guitar and enters a talent competition. I think he sings Jingle Bell Rock? There's also a girl elf.... Argghhhh. Any ideas?
