This morning I ran for 50 minutes.

I'm next!!!!!!

I just did 6.75 miles on the treadmill at a comfortable speed of 6.5 mph. At this time last year I could only do very brief (60 second) bursts at this speed. Progress!

I did spinning for 45 minutes today.

I took a 3-mile walk to the grocery store - had to pick up a couple last-minute items for the big feast!
