Replacement Webcert cards

Just before we left for our trip there was a problem with webcert security, they changed our account #'s and we had to contact them to get new plastic cards. I did that about 2 1/2 wks ago, and at the time they told me they would try to get my new card to me before our trip. Well, we're back and it still isn't here! Has anyone gotten their replacement cards yet? :confused: :confused: :confused:

Mine came in the mail today! I was really surprised because I never actually called to ask for it, although I did e-mail to ask what I needed to do to get a new one. I was planning to call this week but they beat me to the punch. So hang in there, I bet yours will come soon!

I just got mine today. This is actually my first one, because I never received the one I originally ordered! Who knows if it was ever sent or what, But, the dollars are right and I have it now, and off to the Disney store I go for more Disney dollars!

Thanks for the info. I was hoping I wasn't the only one whose card had not yet arrived. I think I'll wait a few days to see if it shows up before I call. After all, the mail hasn't exactly been on schedule lately.

I called and asked about my card... I was told it was processed at the beginning of September, but because of the week we've just had, to allow a little bit longer for it to actually arrive!:)

I received my today and I never requested. I have been away from the boards for a while and didn't even know that there was a problem with the old one. I was pleasantly surprised!

I got mine last night too. I never requested it and I haven't used it in a long time either. Guess it's time to start again.

Got my new card today!!

Anyone who had a plastic card may want to check with them, as the old ones are no longer working. Disneyfan0304, you may want to give webcertificates a call.

Thanks. I'll have to call tomorrow. I still have some money on my card and I'm waiting for a couple of webcerts to come through.

I called them the day I got my e-mail that my account would be changing and got my card in today's mail!

Got mine yesterday and used it for Disney Dollars last night with no problem. I ordered the new card about three weeks ago.
