Hi all,

I'm new to Netflip and have a couple things I'm confused about. (Thanks to faithfull who's already answered some previous questions! :)

I noticed that today that after only having 7 searches crediting, Netflip said I had completed my alloted 10 for the day. (I was keeping a list of the words that did credit so that's why I know how many searches were actually crediting.)

During the course of my searches, I had a number of searches that would not credit at all. Is Netflip counting these too? If so, this is going to make this a very hard program to do...

Secondly, how long do you need to stay on each site? Netflip's FAQ mentions something about a minute for the searches to credit, but it seems like it sometime credits before a minute is up. If I can avoid spending a minute at each site, this would be great! :)

Thanks for your help,
Sheila

I am going to tell you what I "think" the answers are and maybe an expert will come along and verify that. Sometimes some searches don't credit but this is not always the case. Usually I do get credit for all my searches. I think you have to stay on a site for 30 seconds. I usually minimize the window and look at something else so it stays there long enough. But when I go back to look at the netflip window I have to click the refresh button before I hit the back button to get it to go back to main netflip screen.

Alison,

Thanks for your reply! I think my best course of action is just to keep a daily list of words so I don't accidentally search for something used in the last three days. :)

I have always been credited for 10 searches. Sometimes it does take awhile for each search to credit. The easiest way to check is to do a search and then when you are done click on the HOME tab. Check your account total on that page tomake sure the search was credited. If the total does not reflect the search then use the back arrow to go back and do the search again. This way you will know eaxclty which searches have credited. I believe that you have to stay on each site for 10 seconds but I usually wait for 20 or so just to make sure.
