Bomb scare at our M&S today.

We live opposite Gemini retail park in Warrington, on there is Toys R us (which is where i started working today) A huge next, Ikea, Boots and a big Marks and Spencers. Cor Blimey !! What a first day, was it just M & S that was closed ? It's that time of the year when people have tons of Christmas shopping and bags go missing. So apart from that excitement, how was your first day at Toys R Us? I hope you enjoy your new job :)

P.S. l so wished i lived where you do, i'd spend all my time in Ikea & M&S, when i can manage to talk DH round he'll take me there but its a 1hours drive and he moans all the way!!!!!

I was in work but were the furthest away from M&S, the area surrounding M&S was evacuated. Just glad i don't work in there :guilty:

DH is always complaining at me for spending too much time over there :rolleyes: He just doesn't understand the need to shop :teeth:

Toys r us is an awful place to work. I went there from mothercare and there you give your customers 110% Its all about thw customers needs. At toys r us they just want a big profit. No customer service at all, all the staff are very rude and unhelpful. I really don't enjoy it all. I have applied for several other jobs so just doing this temp until the 23rd of december. If something else comes up before then i'm off.
