I never liked Take that as a group, but my favourite member would have to be Robbie :)

I liked Take That (not in the fan way so I didn't have a favourite band member) but I think we had their Greatest Hits album. We'll be watching it tomorrow night, but it's a shame that Robbie didn't go to the premiere of it last night. When you look back you see the great success that Robbie has had, but in comparison his life hasn't been as successful as Gary Barlow's who has become a great songwriter since the band split

Won't be watching it. Never liked Take That as a band but I do like Robbie Williams as a solo performer.

HA HA HA (smiley substitute) - thanks Kaylee.

Actually my wife will probably watch it as she likes Robbie Williams.

Mark Owen was my favourite. Only bought their Greatest Hits so was never what you'd call a fan.

I will be watching.
Can't wait.

Loved Take That BIG TIME.
I saw them over 85 times between 1992-1996, and even after they split and did some solo stuff.
Met Robbie and Gary, and had front row lots of times.
So, I guess that makes me a big fan!! :rotfl:

Always loved Robbie the best.

WOW! I was reading through this thread thinking I was going to be the only one who was actually obsessed with them. You definitely beat me. 85 times! I only saw them twice, hehe! Very impressive...

My favourite was Mark, although I did have a bit of a thing for Robbie, too. :) I'll definitely be watching the programme!

That 85 times included concerts, roadshows, top of the pops, outside hotels etc.
I loved them, and followed them about for a good few years.
Had a great time, and even met some of my best friends whilst following TT.
Still in touch with most of them, even tho most of us are all grown up now! :rotfl:

I will be watching even though I was more of an East 17 girl than a Take That fan, I must admit though I will probably buy the new version of the greatest hits that they have recently released.

I won't be watching as I'm not really that bothered by them anymore and I guess I'll be able to get the gist of the programme on here anyway! I loved them as a kid, in fact Take That was my first ever gig when I was 8!!! The PR campaigne around this Greatest Hits album is driving me nuts though, every day I'm having stuff through from BMG. What with the Robbie album just out it's crazy (I just packaged up 30 Robbie calendars and several dozen packs of tarot cards, t-shirts and footballs in the last 2 days for this campaigne so I'll be glad to see the back of it. You have no idea how difficult it is to pack up a deflated football safely!!!)

I quite enjoyed this last night :)

I would like to have seen more about what they are doing now though, other than Robbie Williams.

I also thought it was a shame that Robbie didn't turn up at the re-union :( it was widely publicised beforhand but I think it is probably time that any differences were laid to rest.

I just felt so sad for Robbie.
He was always my fave, and I just love him even more now.

I knew about the drugs and alcohol but I thought it was mostly towards the end of TT, and after he left - I didn't realise how young it all started for him.
And the others didn't seem to want to help him. Why not. :confused3

Even if they weren't that close on a personal friendly level, they still spent a lot of time together and I thought that any decent person would have done all they could to help someone in that kind of situation.

Anyway, he's ok now, although he is very lonely and wishes he had a wife and kids like Gary does.

It was nice of him to apologize to the others, but such a shame (for all their sakes) that he didn't turn up at the end.
It would have been nice to see them all together reminissing together.

i too would have loved to see Robbie there, but it seems more like guilt on his part and not knowing quite what to say face to face with gary. i always loved Robbie in Take That but had no idea how bad his problems were. Silly nieve me! It was lovely to see them all and don't be suprised if there is a one off reunion concert next summer (with or without Rob)

Brought back a few memories but was rather 'Robbie heavy'.

Still, a good watch

I enjoyed it, but would have liked to have seen a bit more cheerful stuff! I found it a little depressing ;) .

Would love to see them reunite for a one off, even if it was just 4 of them.

Apparently they will all be on Colin and Ediths show on Radio 1 tomorrow afternoon. :)

People might get a chance to e-mail in some questions ;)

Watched about 5 minutes of it and then turned it off and watched a gory horror movie - sorry not my cup of tea, my wife liked it though, she watched it in bed.
Obviously a programme for the ladies.

I watched it and thought it was good to see how they were all doing. I do think Robbie could of buried the hatchet between him & Gary, he should of been man enough to turn up.

Hhhmm not sure about Jason tho, he said he'd had a thing with Lulu???? Was it just me or did he seem very very camp????
