Most of us post via photobucket because it auto shrinks the pages to the right size, 640 x 400 or something like that.

Here are a couple of things I scrapped for our upcoming trip in February (well, actually for a trip last year that never happened). The autograph book will actually turn into a photo album ~ picture on the left, autograph on the right. The folder is a place to keep all my gazillions of things I print for our trip. The really important things (like ADR numbers I keep on my phone, too).

No, it's really easy: Use a paper divided folder ~ not a plastic one. If it has ties or an elastic, cut them off and staple a length of ribbon on each side. Then pick your paper and glue it to both sides. I took small pieces of paper to make the tabs and glued them on.

You may have to match up the seams of the paper if your paper isn't long enough but I didn't have that problem.

I used a glue stick made for scrapbooking and regular staples. I bought the stickers on the front (Michaels, maybe?).

That's it :) I like it because I can use it again and again plus I have plenty of room in it to keep all the little doodads (like maps) from the trip so I can use them in scrapping when I get home :)

Wow, just came upon all this, and I think I am hooked on this thread. LOVE all the layouts.

I am a HUGE Scrapbook fanatic besides disney, but my scrapping is a little different. I scrap Digitally. I have been scrapping since 1991, and digitally since 2005? something like that.

I would LOVE to share some of my Disney layouts, will be back as I don't have enough post to share links to my layouts. That makes me sad :( Why all the ridiculous rules?

I also had trouble finding the red paper with white dots. Finally a friend found it for me in a Hobby Lobby in TN ... so if you have a HL nearby you might want to check there. I've never seen it in a Michael's, A C Moore or JoAnn's. The paper in the stores near me is terrible. I walked through a M's yesterday and bought nothing! Couldn't even find holiday paper. :confused3

Right at Home Scrapbooking is an AWESOME store. My DH's cousin lives like 10 minutes from them. I was so bummed when we didn't visit them this summer. I was really looking forward to doing some scrappin' shoppin'! If you can get there it is definately worth the trip. I have the paper you are looking for too. I ordered a long time ago, I think from Collectedmemories.com. Maybe try scrapyourtrip.com. They have tons of Disney stuff as well as other travel related things.

I found that my 2 oldest already have lists going as they want me to make books for them when they graduate high school (class of 2012 & 2014)... they want me to incorporate photos of us together and the song... To be honest, the idea of not being able to see land anywhere around me scares the heck out of me. And this probably won't surprise you after hearing that ... I've never been on a plane either. :confused3 We drive the 22 hours to Disney every time we go.

Another way that I have recently been scrapbooking that can incorporate a lot of pictures into a layout is color blocking. You might want to try that too!!!

What great LOs!
I am scared to death to go on a cruise but I'm telling you, I believe I could easily get talked into a Disney cruise.

Best.Time.EVER! We had so much fun! This was DH's 3rd, my 2nd, and DD's 1st cruise. Our first Disney, but oh...Amazing! We booked for April 2012 on the Dream, only problem with it is that it's only 4 nights! Would have done the Fantasy for the week, but it was the same itinerary we just did.

I think the big Disney store in Downtown Disney is the World of Disney Store, I bought an album and paper pack there last summer. Love that store!

When you get the Disney Scrapbook, ditch the page protectors. No one carries refills that match so you'll need to buy all new refills if you like them to match.

I love the Creative Memories disney albums, they are great and sturdy. I also use the albums from Michael's and ACMoore. I think Joann Fabrics carries them as well as Hobby Lobby.

Also check online, scrapyourtrip.com and mousememories.com

Actually the moon is an SVG file that I got as a freebie from either treasure box designs or my scrap chick (Im not sure which one). I used Make the Cut to cut it with my cricut.

This next page is my favorite in this book. The photo does not do it justice. The flash washed the color out and you can't see the 3D effect. The sea grass, the title, and all 3 fish are pop-dotted so that they looked more realistic with the clear skittles I added as bubbles to go with the bubble paper. The small frame that's on the fish face picture has embossed bubbles on it. This page really loooks so much better in person.

The glow page was really simple. I used black cardstock for the base. I had several pieces of neon 8 1/2 by 11 cardstock that I got from M's years ago (unsure of the brand off the top of my head, but they always have lots of those packages of the 8 1/2 by 11 cardstock-not sure if they still sell the neon colors or not. But any neon colored paper should work). Then I cut several of the hollow circles out (I used the cricut Plantin cartridge on the Roly Poly setting) in various sizes but circle punches would probably work just as well. I matted the pictures with the neon papers angeled like shown and then just worked in the circles through the lay out. Hope that makes sense, let me know if you have any questions.

I'll go through my scrap baggies and check... if not they are first on my list for my next shopping trip.... cause the Neon Football game is being scrapped this month... Thanks! I clicked on your trip report link and really enjoyed all the pictures. I had to laugh though when you got to Hurricane. I live there! And I know exactly where that hotel is...about 5 minutes from my house :) Sorry you missed Zion. We love it there. Though I will say, that unless all you're interesed in is the tunnel and the drive to the other side of the park, you're pretty much stuck with the busses in the summer. Places like Weeping Rock, the Zion Lodge, and the River Walk are all on the road that is buses only April-October.

I have to say no. It doesn't get old. Maybe a little in the middle of August and it's midnight and still 98 degrees or more :laughing:. But we have lived here for about 3 year and we can't really imagine living anywhere else (I grew up in LA so this is a huge change for me). Sometimes I don't really notice the scenery--it's just part of my life. But coming down that big first hill off the freeway reminds me just about every time. The best though is right before a summer storm. The colors are incredible!

If you ever head this way again, let me know. I can point you in the direction of an incredible drive that will take you to the back side of Zion. DH's dream is to have a cabin up there.

As far as the bus system in Zion, it's only been in place for a few years. It cuts down on the traffic jams and center of the universe parkers.

The B was easy, the logo was a little difficult, I tried to cut smaller, but the blue around the "Red Sox" is the thinnest cut I have ever made and glued, but the kids loved it so it was worth it.
