Moving to Florida

Hi all,

It has come to my attention that I may be moving to florida. Just wondering the ins and outs such as good places to move to (hopefully as close to Disney World as possible :earsgirl: ) and good hospitals to work at (I am graduating as a nurse). Thanks in advance for all of the responses!

I know the major hospital in this area is Flordia Hospital, they have nursing homes and hospitals all over the place here.

We are in Apopka, it's a nice little town about 45 mins outside of Disney. There are tons of other little towns like it that boarder Disney. Rent depends on where you want to live we pay 1200 a month for a 3 bedroom house, that seems to be the norm around here. Houses seem to run in the $200,000 and up if you want to buy.

Hope you find a nice place to live. I like it here but it's not home and I would give up being this close to Disney for home. I say all the time the best thing about here is Disney World. LOL

There is a very nice hospital in Celebration. The rents there are high $1200-$1500. But it is the town Disney Built and World Drive dead ends there. :rotfl2:

There are a lot of other places near that are less expensive to live.

This is great! It is nice to get some names of the towns and approximate rent. I am very excited. I will probably be taking a trip to the area during christmas break, this will give me lots of time to decide as I will not be able to move until mid june at the earliest and sept at the latest! I can't wait!! Thank you everyone
