Delta giving refunds...

I just called and cancelled our flight for Wednesday the 19th. As I was on the phone they updated there computers and are now giving full refunds through September 25th. I had no problem. Just a long wait on the phone. We are still going just going to drive this time. I only hope things are okay by the time we go to Las Vegas and Disneyland in December.

I'm with Beverly, I still plan to fly. I refuse to let terrorists try to change my way of life. I work next to the White House, and had things been a little different, I may not be here posting right now. There is no way I will live in fear. I went back to work the next day after being evacuated on Tuesday from Wash. and look forward to my trip next month.

I need to know by Fri Sept 28th if I have a plane ride down on Fri Oct 5th. If not my MIL and husband are delaying their drive from MA to FL so my 9yr son and I can get into the backseat of the car. One way or the other I need a definate answer on Sept 28th!

I agree, we are safer now than ever. I am sure that if the terrorists try another attack, they'll choose another method. I don't think our Intelligence Agency would bear another incident exposing their failure in the eyes of the world. Don't think our president will take another fiasco lightly either...
