Does any know United refund policy?

I did not get scarred until I heard last night what happened at LAX and we are going on United to LAX on September 24th. Does anyone know if they are refunding their tickets? I cannot get through on their phone.

We can drive there its only 8 hours to Los Angeles from here.

yes read the article I posted on this board. there is a number you can call and they are working with psgrs to give refunds.

When I read the site it looks like they are refunding refundable tickets and we have non-refundable tickets.

Right now we are going to wait and see what happens and hopefully all the airports will be in full service by then (9/24) and hopefully a little bit of the "panic" would have gone away. If not we will be driving.

They are actually refunding non refundables too. this is all we have been doing all morning.

After replying to your post I fell down the steps and twisted or spained my ankle. Now we really need to reconsider going to DL.
