when i post a full size picture it comes out like this:

all white where its not really suposed to be can anyone tell me how to get it off?

You image 'canvas' size is greater then the actual image. You need to edit the image and reduce the canvas size by cropping the image.

Take it into photoshop and crop out the white. Should solve the problem.

well somethings wrong with my photo shop because now everything in the picture is red when i try to crop

7.0. Should i use Image ready?

In 7.0 when you crop, what you crop should stay the same colour, and everything else should go grey. I don't know what you're doing if its turning red.
