Can someone please tell me how long lemons take to ripen. I have a Four Seasons Lemon tree in a pot that goes in the garden in the summer and lives in the Conservatory in the winter. The tree is about 4ft tall, about 7 years old and has about 20 lemons of various sizes on it.

Where we live the temperature goes down to about 30 degrees in the winter, it rarely snows, and it goes up to about 40-50 most days.

I'm hoping they will ripen but if anyone has advice on how to make sure they do please tell me. Thanks.

Mmmmm lemons, sooooo good. This link might help you. It all depends on the variety of tree. Citrus Variety Information (http://www.fourwindsgrowers.com/solver/varietyinfo.html)
