Closest park to Chef Mickey's??

We will be staying at HIFS and taking their shuttle to the parks. Which park is closest to Chef Mickey's and could you possible give directions on how to get to Chef Mickey's from that park?

Chef Mickey's is in the Contemporary Hotel, which is connected by monorail to the MK. Take the hotel shuttle to the MK, then the RESORT monorail to the Contemporary.

You can take the monorail from the MK to the Contemporary. Or there is a path & you can walk from the MK to the Contemporary. Have fun! Enjoy Chef Mickey's!!

My DH and i went to Chef Mickeys for dinner on 8/29/01 and it was fun and very
good food, the characters interacted with us like crazy even though we had no
kids with us (we are big kids tho)

You might consider renting a car, sometimes scheduled off site shuttles can be limiting. The offsite shuttle will drop you off at the TTC so you have to take the resort monorail to the Contemporary (can't walk).

You are very observant, Lewis! I hadn't thought about the fact that only WDW resort busses drop you off in front of the MK.

I really appreciate that info on the TTC. I had just ASSUMED we would be dropped off right in front of the park we were going to. Oh, boy. Here I go again on the car rental debate!! Don't let me go there! But thanks again for everybody's information. I had actually read somewhere about that walking path from MK to the Contemporary. That sounds good to me. Thanks everybody!:o
