When my husband and I went to WDW, we created a total of 17 characters, therefore we were able to give out 17 black ears to other people (We already had them for ourselves).

When you get back home, send me a PM and we can set up a time to meet on VMK so you can "trade" the black ears to me. It is actually a donation because I do not give anything in return for the ears. (Sorry, but that's why this is a Gift/Donation thread! I'm just the middle man here! lol)

Most people had already gotten together their new characters and had them give the black ears to their main character, so that by the time they were ready to donate them to me, I only had to make a trade with their main character. However, that can be time consuming so I'm willing to take my time to get together with each of the new characters to get the ears from them, if that is what the donator prefers. Also, if I have give you the emails and passwords, then I can just access the ears directly myself.

To those of you who want ears: find me on VMK. :) I am on all different times, day and night. Do a search for my username, CL_CapeGirl. You can probably just type in "cape".

When you find me, please say "I am here for black ears" or something like that. :)

UPDATE!!!

I have a surplus of Black Ears, thanks to our donators!! :cheer2: This means that I have black ears hats for all who need them! You do not have to be put on a wait list, simply find me on VMK and ask me for your free ears. :thumbsup2

To find me: Click on the globe icon on the lower left side of the VMK screen. Once the guest rooms window opens, type "cape" in the search window, and press "Search". If I am on VMK and in a guest room, the name of that room will appear. Simply click on the room and it'll take you there.

Well, since I have never been to one of the parks :sad1: I would love a pair of ears for my mother on VMK. I've been trying really hard to get her ears, and black would be nice! She and my father have broken up and she moved away to Virginia (I only get as close as I can to seeing her on VMK), and I'm trying extremely hard to get her everything that I have! I have ears, and I wish I could get out of the "borrowing" stage and let her have her own. She's only on VMK on Mondays and Wednesdays (Occasionally Tuesdays) and at night and I'd be glad to take the ears to her! I just could never find anyone that wanted to trade, so if I could just get her a pair...!

If you are a DIS member, find me on VMK and simply say something like "I'm from the DIS, may I please have black ears?" Are we allowed to say that? I thought that was why some people got banned. When will you be on VMK? So I can find you.

Well it's 8:30am Saturday morning here on the east coast of the USA... and it's raining out. :umbrella: No yard work today, so I'll probably be on VMK (off and on) a lot. I'll try and spend time in my guest rooms so that I'm easy to find. :earsboy: :earsgirl: Once you find me, just say something like "May I please have black ears?"

Please don't mention the DIS boards... we don't want to take a chance on getting a warning or being band! :scared:

You don't really have to know the name of my guest rooms, you can do a search for "cape" or "cape girl" and it should then list the room I'm in, no matter what it's called. :thumbsup2

Wow.... I just gave out a TON of black ears! I'm glad so many of you were able to get online and get your ears :)

Now for the bad news: I only have ONE pair left!!! After I give that hat away, I will have to wait until I get more black ears from other people, OR after CapeCAD and I get back from Disney World next month.

:thumbsup2 I would love a pair of black ears but yet I dont need them jus it would be nice so go ahead and give them to others first if you have extras I would be proud to be gifted with some. I will gift back and I admire how you can give something out that happens to be rare and a nice hat for others to wear! I will try and be on VMK today, Sunday, May 7th. I just don't know the times. If you are on VMK, do a search for "cape", and if I'm on it'll show you which room I'm in. When I'm in one of my rooms I always make sure to have it set to be open to the public, so you shouldn't have trouble getting in.

I realize it's frustrating to not know when I'll be on, but I can't help it. I don't have the time at this point to just sit on VMK waiting for people. I try and post here to let people know when I'm signing on.
