Thanksgiving weekend at the parks

We had to change our vacation plans because of Katrina, and will now be doing both Universal parks over Thanksgiving weekend. We are staying onsite, so we will have FOTL. We plan on arriving early Friday and leaving hopefully by early Sunday afternoon (we can stay later though) How much trouble will we have seeing most everything? Is there one park that will be better crowd-wise on Saturday? Any tips for touring on this weekend will be greatly appreciated! TIA-Dana :)

Crowds will be awful both days at both parks. But... with Unlimited Express thanks to your hotel key, you should be able to see all you want to see.

With FOTL you will be fine and you will be telling yourself in every line how thankful you are for it! That's what I call Thanksgiving : )

Crowds won't be too heavy until 12p. Then the regular lines will be 45+ mins and express queues can reach 15-20 mins.
