With Iger alone at the helm, do you think the company we love can be as successful as when it's been run by a Dreamer and a Doer ??? Walt/Roy--Michael/Frank???

Forgive me if this has been discussed already, though I am here quite often and don't think so.

I think "someone" has to be in charge and have the final say. There is nothing so far that has led me to believe that Iger doesn't have some sort of advisory/recommedation team, just that he makes the final call. Like everyone, he'll make good decisions and mistakes along the way.

Glimmer of hope #1: For no reason other then a hunch, I don't think Iger has the know-it-all ego that obsessed ME.

Glimmer of hope #2: I don't believe Iger is the micro manager ME was. I think he will be more willing to listen to his underlings.

Dark cloud #1: Is there enough talent left in the ranks to give the right advise to Iger.

Dark cloud #2: Has Iger done anything to date to demonstrates that he "Gets it" ?

Good points. I think the previous two pairs offered two COMPLETELY different complements to one another. Walt-Roy: Walt had wonderful ideas most of the time and inspired people, Roy found the money. Michael-Frank: ME threw out ideas endlessly (many were rediculous) and Wells was there to shoot down and somewhat govern the rediculous ones.
