Here comes Wilma. :sad2:

At the beginning of hurricane season I saw a cooking show on PBS that made a meal out of foods that didn't need to be refrigerated or cooked. Now that I actually need the recipe I can't find it. Does anyone know where I can find it? Or do you know of any other recipes that don't require any electricity?

I didn't find the PBS recipe, but I did find this book called:
"The Storm Gourmet: A Guide to Creating Extraordinary Meals without Electricity"

I don't know if you have time to call around bookstores to see if they have it, but you can google that title and see if anything similar comes up on the Internet..

Thanks. No, I don't have time to look for the book right now, but maybe I'll be able to find it for the next hurricane.
