Well I'm going back to the 80's this weekend!!!

First of all we're off to see Hue and Cry tomorrow night - they've made a bit of a revival since the they appeared on Hit Me Baby One More Time. Then on Sunday it's Echo and The Bunnymen. Not my choice....but don't like to turn down a night out with DH!!! ;)

Somehow I don't think the gold Y-fronts are Ian McCulloch's thing :rotfl2:

A Scottish pop duo - Coatbridge brothers Patrick and Gregory Kane, from the 1980's - biggest hit was Labour of Love in 1987.

Well, it really was a trip down memeory lane at the weekend................
Drank a lot of cider and Blue Lagoons - just like my teenage years, Friday afternoons spent down the pub, instead of double French....:rolleyes1

Hue and Cry were excellent.....
Echo and The Bunnymen - I was never a big fan, but they were good Sunday night. All the (ageing...LOL) crowd seemed to enjoy themselves. Ian McCulloch was a bit worse for wear I think..........;)

OMG Blue Lagoons, I used to drink them all the time! As a treat ;) It was Snakebite and Black normally LOL

Glad you had fun Cath! I know what you mean about an ageing crowd, did they all have eyeliner and mascara on though? (The men)

Actually Karen, most looked pretty 'normal', just a few 'alternatively dressed'........LOL......and not a gold y-front in sight!!:rotfl:
