if you have an office depot, you might want to check their scrapping aisle. Ours has their scrap supplies on clearance. I guess maybe they are closing them out.

I just went today and nothing on sale in that department. :confused3 I did see some other clearence stuff in other departments. In general I was really disappointed in the store, especially compared to Staples, etc.

My OD had a TON of stuff! I actually spent $100, but I have now completed my mom's birthday and Chrsitmas presents, and I finished getting supplies for a scrapbook I am making my Grandpa for Chrsitmas.

Most things were 2/3 off, some 1/2 and some more than 2/3! I actually might make another stop tomorrow to pick up the last Xyron refills ($2) and Tape Runners ($2). :)

I went back today. I have been scrapping 3 Disney trips into a red gingham 12x12 book. Well, it's going to take two books so I went back to get another one today. That first book is so full.............. ;-)

:( I wish ours was. The manager contacted our LSS to see if we wanted to buy all thier stock, they are no longer going to carry any scrap stuff. Bummer, cause they have the best prices on hermie and zyron.

I think that they are all discontinuing scrapbooking stuff. Probably some of the employees really aren't sure as to what's going on. I don't see why they are clearancing everythign so low to get rid of it when most stores are discontinuing it alltogether, but others are making room for new stuff. I could definately be wrong though. But i'd be willing to bet that after this stuff is all gone, none of the stores will get more.

Having said that and having already spent $100 b/t 3 trips to 2 different stores, I got my $50 customer reward card today (where was it last week when I needed it?) so I guess I just HAVE to go spend that other $50. Wahoo, there was still more that I wanted to get!

It should. I just got back and mine had lots of stuff left. I got several funky fibers, some letter and word/expression stickers, xyron refills, cutter bee scissors, a scrapbook, brads, and more that I can't think of.

Well, I went...I was a little too late though. I only spent $5.13. I got a red eye pen, rub ons (wedding themed), a xyron little x refill, and a wolfpack folder (undergrad school mascot and for school, not for scrapping). Not too successful!

I went to Big Lots also...I didn't find ANYTHING I wanted there. They had a ton of Jolee's curtains though, which was a little odd.

i went over the weekend also and got a ton of stuff. i walked out with 3 big giant bags stuffed full and all i spent was $53.00. the girl at my store told me they are making a new scrap dept that's why. most of the stuff was 75% off. lots of great deals!!!

I got lots of stuff and at least 3 of our local stores. My best deals were the cropper hopper photo cases for $7.00 and the crop un style jr bag for $9.99. Also loaded up on jolees stickers, mm rub-ons, mm ribbon and labels.

I went at luncha nd they had everythign marked the same. I got 4 scrapbooking tapes and 4 cutter bee scissors adn they were 1/2 off what they were marked. The tape was marked $2 but rang up for $1 adn the scissors were marked $4 but rang up for $2. They had the crop jr bags marked at 27.99, I wonder whta they would've rang up for. If I'd have known, I'd have gotten a lot more stuff. I'm thinking of going back after work. I wish everything was marked right. I hate to assume it's all 1/2 off the marked price and it's not. Or to not get stuff becuase I think it's more than what it's marked at.

i had read this thread but didn't think much of it as I don't really like going to Office Depot but last night my DH had to go and pick something up for work so I went along. My store was pretty picked through but I did clear them out of any Jolees Disney they had left at $1 a piece. When we checked out my DH was laughing since he's been with me using the 50% coupons to pick up one pack at other stores and I got a bag full last night. Now to decide what to do with them all. LOL maybe some of my exchangees will be getting them as add ons in their packages.

Well I blew it! I went to Office Max thinking I was in the right place and none of their scrapbooking stuff was on sale....bummer right? Well I found the Fiskars cutting system with 4 templates....for 5$....


Then this morning I decided I was on a mission...LOL...I went to the O DEPOT...and all they had were the Crop Hopper Jrs....4$....that was it...there was another store closer to my house so I thought what the heck....didn't find a whole lot but love what I got....Memory Makers Metals..... .74 each!
Fibers .74 24 pack of 12x12 paper 1.03 .....I just wish I would have found the scissors...
